At Ignite Integrative Medicine, we offer both in-clinic (Face-to-Face) and Telehealth consultations with the usual practice fees applying for both (please refer to the Fees section below). For Telehealth consults, in order to be eligible for the Medicare rebate you MUST have seen our medical practitioner face-to-face in the last 12 months. If you do not meet this for Telehealth, you may incur the full fee with no Medicare rebate applicable.
As we are committed to high quality medical care, your Medicare rebate covers only part of the costs of providing this care. For this reason, we charge a gap fee for each consultation. Thank you for understanding.
